• 1 year on any plumbing repair, excluding stoppages
• 10 years on labor and materials for re-routes and complete house re-pipes

Drain Service Guarantee

• 30 days on any drain stoppages, provided that there are no defects or root intrusions in the drain or sewer line(s)
• 1 year on all drain repairs
• 3 years on new drain installations
• Our clients receive free drain or sewer line camera inspections on persistent drain problems during or past the guarantee period

Water Heater Service Guarantee

• 6 years standard manufacturer warranty on water heater tanks; optional 12-year extended warranty on water heater tanks
• 1-year free labor on any new water heater repairs installed by our technicians
• 1-year standard manufacturer warranty on components

HVAC Service Guarantee

• 1-year free replacement only

Additionally, we stand behind the manufacturer’s warranty and guarantee heating and air conditioning repairs done right the first time, or we will service it again at no additional cost, including maintenance, repairs, and installation. Manufacturer warranties on parts vary between 3 to 5 years, except for Goodman units which provide a standard 10-year warranty.

Protect Your Equipment with Preventative Maintenance

We believe in protecting your new equipment, which is why we strongly recommend our preventative maintenance agreements. At your convenience, schedule these visits at the beginning of the hot and cold seasons to ensure your systems run efficiently. During the first year of your new installation, an additional yearly maintenance agreement can be purchased to cover up to the end of the manufacturer’s warranty period. We provide free labor on repairs or replacements covered in the additional yearly maintenance agreement.
